Here are recently listed properties for sale sent to us by Trey
Morrison at Map Realty.
This 1,400 square foot residence in West Jefferson has three bedrooms and
two bathrooms, fireplace, great views and sits on just under an acre of land.
Asking price is $174,900.
The smaller 1954 renovated West Jefferson house below is 890 square feet with
two bedrooms and a bath and has an asking price of $87,000.

Places to stay. Our accommodations at the farm are wonderful but alas they are filled for our last course
of the year. However we still have space for five more delegates at
the course and you can enjoy the knowledge, the meals, the friendships

wonderful places to enjoy!
Buchanan Inn at Green Cove
The goal of Annette & Jim Goode was to restore their antique home's
tradition of hospitality and bring to all who pass by a warm place of
rest, friendship and delectable cuisine.
The Buchanan Inn is in the community of Green Cove, Virginia niine miles
and 19 minutes from our farm and situated in the heart of a
popular recreation area. The Inn is most visited by cyclists, hikers,
horseback riders and those who come to the area for fly fishing, hiking
the Appalachian Trail or exploring the mountains around the Mount
Rogers National Recreation area. However this makes an ideal place to
stay if you come to a course when our free accommodations are all full.
Greer's Whitetop Mountain Cabin
This custom built Whitetop Mountain Cabin is
even closer to our farm
and sits majestically overlooking a mountain summit. Surrounded by a
working Christmas Tree farm, the crisp mountain air smells of evergreen
trees. There are trails for hiking or choose a relaxing evening stroll
through the woods and there are tow bedrooms so you can share with
another delegate to reduce costs or bring your spouse and children to
share this experience.
High Mountain Creekside Cabins
High Mountain Creekside Cabins are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains
along the North Carolina and Virginia border on a 300-acre farm. There
are luxurious cabins and a two-story barn complete with horse stables.
The cabins offer a getaway for families, honeymooners, church groups,
fishing enthusiasts, or multi-family vacationers. plus they are a place
to stay when our accommodations are full. The cabins are nestled along
our private section of Helton Creek, one of North Carolina's/Virginia's
best fishing venues. Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, biking,
canoeing, and relaxing are just a few of the things that will keep you
busy in this area.
Buffalo Tavern
Bed & Breakfast
The Buffalo Tavern c.1872 is a historic landmark in the mountains of
N.C. It was a popular tavern from the late 1800’s to 1920’s. The
old
tavern’s history has it all; grand parties, bawdy patrons, illegal
libation, N.C. Governor’s last but not least a ghost or two all wrapped
in an elegant southern colonial house that was restored in 1999 and
opened as The Buffalo Tavern B&B, the first legitimate business to
operate from this grand old landmark.
